This Shipping Policy applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time. Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Shipping Method
All domestic orders ship via FedEx 2Day unless otherwise stated at checkout. FedEx delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping speed refunds are not issued unless refunded by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Shipping fees reflect FedEx 2Day service and are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Free FedEx 2Day shipping is available on domestic orders over $199.
Cold Chain Shipping
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped via FedEx 2Day using insulated packaging and cold packs when appropriate. Cold packs are designed to reduce temperature fluctuations but do not guarantee a specific temperature range during transit. Exposure to heat or cold during shipping is a known risk and does not qualify for refunds or replacements. Expedited handling is not available beyond FedEx 2Day.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local import regulations. International orders are final once shipped. Delays, refusals, seizures, or returns by customs authorities do not qualify for refunds or reshipments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or refund. Any reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, customers should check with neighbors, building management, and common delivery locations and allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. Carrier delivery scans marked delivered are considered proof of delivery. Claims must be filed with the carrier.
P.O. Box Addresses
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. All FedEx 2Day shipments require a valid physical street address. Orders submitted with P.O. Box addresses may be delayed or canceled.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships and can be accessed through the carrier website or the customer account dashboard.
Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
