This policy applies to all orders placed with PeptideHackers.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the risk of contamination, all sales are final. Orders may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed. No cancellations are permitted at any stage of the order process, including prior to shipment.
2. No Refunds
PeptideHackers does not issue refunds under any circumstances except as required by applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or ordering errors by the customer
- Duplicate orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been opened or handled
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
3. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives with contents that are broken, leaking, or visibly damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product
- Include your order number and product details
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
Upon verification, PeptideHackers may, at its sole discretion, provide a one-time complimentary reshipment of the affected product. No refunds will be issued for damaged shipments.
4. Lost Packages
If a domestic package is officially declared "Lost" by FedEx and does not show a delivered scan, PeptideHackers will provide one (1) complimentary reshipment of the order. No refunds will be issued for lost packages; only reshipments.
A carrier scan marked as "Delivered" constitutes proof of delivery. PeptideHackers is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
5. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error by PeptideHackers, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for correction at our discretion.
6. Quality Guarantee
All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis documenting purity and identity testing. If a product does not meet the specifications stated on the COA, contact us with your independent test results and we will investigate.
7. Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and will be disputed with supporting documentation.
