1. Policy Overview
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the requirement for proper handling and storage, Peptide Hackers maintains a limited return policy. All sales are considered final unless specific conditions apply as outlined below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of damage
- Include order number and product details
- Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved
After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not open or use the incorrect product
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Correct product will be shipped upon receipt of return
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products not stored according to specifications
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery
- Products purchased more than 30 days prior
- Custom or special-order products
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error was ours
- A confirmation email will be sent when refund is processed
7. Quality Guarantee
All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis documenting purity and identity testing. If a product does not meet the specifications stated on the COA, contact us with your test results and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
