No. Every pickup, in person or by courier, requires a confirmed appointment scheduled after checkout. This keeps handoffs fast and private for everyone.
Is Uber Courier an option at checkout?+
No. Checkout has one flow: Local Pickup by appointment. If you’d rather not drive, you book and pay an Uber Courier yourself and send them to your confirmed appointment window.
Can someone else pick up my order?+
Yes, via the courier flow. Your courier must arrive during your window and provide your order number, the name on the order and the appointment time before we release the order.
Can I pay with cash when I arrive?+
