Statement of Intended Use

No Instructions or Use Guidance

Assumption of Risk

Purchasers acknowledge that research chemicals involve inherent risks and assume full responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products. Peptide Hackers assumes no liability for damages, losses, or injuries arising from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Orders may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed or shipped.

Military and First Responder Discount Program Rules

These rules govern the Peptide Hackers 20% Military and First Responder Discount Program offered through our Hero Discount page.

Eligibility

The 20% discount is available only to qualifying members of the United States military and eligible United States first responders.

• Eligible military applicants include active duty service members, veterans, reservists, and National Guard members who served in the United States Armed Forces.
• Eligible first responders include sworn law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, correctional officers, and other applicants approved at our discretion.
• Service with a foreign military, foreign government agency, or foreign emergency service does not qualify.
• Civilian employees, healthcare workers, military spouses, family members, and public safety support staff are not automatically eligible but may be approved as a courtesy.
• Wholesale customers, resellers, distributors, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and business purchasers are not eligible. This is a personal service discount, not a wholesale or vendor discount.

Verification

Applicants must provide valid proof of current or former service. Documents must clearly show the applicant's name, United States military branch or agency, and service status.

Applicants should cover identification numbers, signatures, addresses, barcodes, and any other information not needed to verify eligibility.

Discount Use

Approved applicants receive a personal code for 20% off eligible products. The discount is locked to the approved customer's account and may be used only by that person.

The discount may not be shared, sold, transferred, posted online, applied to another account, or used for resale, wholesale, vendor, or business purchases.

The discount does not expire unless the program is changed or discontinued.

Restrictions

The discount may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, store credit, wholesale price, affiliate commission, special offer, or reduced pricing unless we expressly approve it.

Certain products, bundles, limited releases, shipping charges, and taxes may be excluded.

Program Abuse

Abuse includes providing false information, submitting altered documents, creating multiple accounts, sharing a code, allowing another person to use the account, purchasing for resale, seeking wholesale or vendor pricing, abusing refunds or chargebacks, or attempting to bypass program restrictions.

We may reject an application or suspend, cancel, or permanently remove a discount without notice when we reasonably believe the program has been abused.

Program Changes

We may approve or deny any application at our discretion.

We may change, pause, or end the program at any time. Previous approval does not guarantee continued eligibility.

Privacy

Verification documents are reviewed only to determine eligibility and prevent abuse. We do not use verification documents for marketing or for any purpose unrelated to reviewing and administering the discount.

If uploaded, verification documents are stored temporarily in private storage while an application is pending and deleted after we approve or deny the application. Additional details about the information we collect, retain, and protect are included in our Privacy Policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we retain, subject to applicable law. Frankly, it would not benefit us to misuse information belonging to people in positions of public trust and authority.

We respect the people this program serves and handle every application carefully.

Acceptance

Submitting an application, receiving a code, or using the discount means the applicant accepts these program rules.

Fraudulent Misrepresentation

Providing false information regarding eligibility, affiliation, or intended use constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation. Peptide Hackers reserves the right to cancel orders, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

No License Granted

The sale of any product does not grant a license, express or implied, to use such product in violation of any patent or intellectual property right. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining patent status and lawful use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Hackers' total liability arising from any order, product, or use shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Peptide Hackers be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

Right to Verify and Refuse Service

Peptide Hackers reserves the right to request verification of purchaser eligibility, research affiliation, or intended use at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, or permanent account termination.

Force Majeure

Peptide Hackers is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs actions, regulatory changes, supply interruptions, or acts of God.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
