This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with PeptideHackers.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Processing & Transit Times
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
Transit Service: All domestic orders ship via FedEx 2Day unless otherwise specified.
Guarantees: Delivery timelines provided by FedEx are estimates. PeptideHackers does not guarantee carrier delivery dates and does not issue refunds for carrier delays.
2. Cold Chain & Temperature Integrity
Many of our research products are temperature-sensitive.
Packaging: We use insulated packaging and cold packs where appropriate.
Disclaimer: Cold packs are designed to mitigate temperature spikes, not to maintain a clinical "refrigerated" state for the duration of transit.
Known Risk: Exposure to varying temperatures during transit is a known risk of purchasing research chemicals. Stability studies for most peptides show they remain viable at room temperature for the duration of standard transit. Therefore, thawed cold packs or "warm" vials do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to select international destinations; however, the following rules apply:
Compliance: The purchaser is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
Seizures & Refusals: If a package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities, no refunds or reshipments will be issued. International sales are final once the package leaves our facility.
4. Delivery Issues & Proof of Delivery
Proof of Delivery: A carrier scan marked as "Delivered" constitutes legal proof of delivery. PeptideHackers is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Signature Requirement: Orders totaling $500 or more require a signature upon delivery unless the customer has an established order history with PeptideHackers.
Missing Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours (carriers often scan early) and check with neighbors.
P.O. Boxes: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a physical street address.
5. Reshipment Policy
We want to ensure your research materials arrive safely. Our reshipment policy is as follows:
Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must pay a $25.00 reshipment fee.
Carrier Loss: If a domestic package is officially declared "Lost" by FedEx (and does not show a delivered scan), PeptideHackers will provide one (1) complimentary reshipment of the order. No refunds will be issued for lost packages; only reshipments.
Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives with contents that are broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product. Upon verification, PeptideHackers will provide one (1) complimentary reshipment at no charge.
6. Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: Domestic orders over $199 qualify for free FedEx 2Day shipping.
7. Order Cancellations
All sales are final. Orders may not be canceled at any stage once placed. No exceptions.
8. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships and can be accessed through the carrier website or the customer account dashboard.
9. Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
