Step by step, on a real report
The worked example is our VIP certificate: Accumark report EUKK-2QL4.
- Open the lab's link, not a file. On our certificate page the "Full report" button points to
https://accumarklabs.com/accuverify/?accuverify_code=EUKK-2QL4. AccuVerify pages are rendered from Accumark's LIMS — there is no file to edit or swap. - Match the report code. The code in the URL (
EUKK-2QL4) and the Report ID printed on the page must equal the report ID on our certificate. - Read the record header. Accumark prints the client (Peptide Hackers), the batch/lot — AM20260925-23 for this report — and the dates: sample received Sep 24, 2026, analysis completed Sep 29, 2026. The lot is what should match the vial label.
- Compare the core results. Purity 99.013% against specification > 98.0% — Conforms. Identity: VIP — Conforms. Quantity: 9.105 mg — measured. Our certificate copies these rows exactly.
- Open the chromatogram. The AccuVerify page includes the lab's own interactive HPLC trace for the run, so the purity figure has a visible source.
- Use the page's own self-check. AccuVerify prints the verification URL, a "Data Source: Accumark LIMS" statement, and a downloadable PDF of the same report — three ways to confirm you are on the record the lab published.
What Accumark reports cover
Accumark Labs (Anaheim, California) reports HPLC purity against a specification, an identity result, and measured quantity per vial, with the analysis date and the lab's own chromatogram. Their AccuVerify pages state that results are generated by the lab and render directly from their LIMS. Accumark lists its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation as pending.

The lot on the report — what should it match?
The lot printed on your vial label. Our certificate pages show the lab's lot for exactly this comparison; the report ID is the secondary reference.
Where is the PDF?
The AccuVerify page includes a "Download PDF" link to the same report on Accumark's own storage. The web page is the live record; the PDF is the printable copy.
What if the figures differ from our certificate page?
Our pages copy the lab's report, so a difference means one of the two is out of date — check the AccuVerify page first, then contact us.
