Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. In research settings, it is commonly used as a solvent for reconstituting lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides. Store BAC water at controlled room temperature (20–25°C), protect from light and freezing, use aseptic technique when withdrawing, and discard 28 days after first puncture.

Domestic (US): All domestic orders ship via FedEx 2Day. Free shipping on orders over $199.

If your package arrives with contents that are broken, leaking, or visibly damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product, your order number, and product details. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved. Upon verification, we may provide a one-time complimentary reshipment at no charge.

No. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the risk of contamination, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any reason. The only exception is for products that arrive visibly damaged during transit, which are handled through our reshipment process.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we generally do not accept exchanges. If you received an incorrect item due to our error, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

If a domestic package is officially declared "Lost" by FedEx and does not show a delivered scan, we will provide one complimentary reshipment of the order. No monetary refunds are issued for lost packages. A carrier scan marked as "Delivered" constitutes proof of delivery.
