Each compound has a COA from an independent lab. Accumark Labs (Anaheim, CA) reports HPLC purity, identity and quantity per vial. Janoshik Analytical reports HPLC purity and quantity. Accumark lists its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation as pending; both labs let you check reports on their own sites. All of our peptides have a minimum purity of 99% as verified by HPLC testing. Many products exceed this threshold. Every batch includes a Certificate of Analysis with detailed purity data.

For short-term storage (weeks), peptides can be stored at 4°C (refrigerator). For long-term storage, we recommend -20°C or colder. Keep peptides away from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be used promptly or stored frozen in aliquots.

Domestic (US): UPS 2nd Day Air, 2–3 business days — 2-day across California, nearby Nevada, and on orders of $250+. Orders paid by 2:00 PM PT Monday–Thursday ship the same day.

International: Typically 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

All orders are shipped in insulated packaging with appropriate temperature control. Vials are secured to prevent damage during transit. Packaging is discreet with no indication of contents on the exterior.

Yes, curbside pickup is available by appointment at both our Los Angeles and Newport Beach locations: Los Angeles (2029 Century Park East, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90067; (617) 299-9918) and Newport Beach (4695 MacArthur Ct, Ste 1100, Newport Beach, CA 92660; (657) 676-9735). Pickups require a scheduled appointment - text or call the location when you are 10 minutes away so we can prepare your order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Yes, tracking information is provided for all shipped orders. You can track your order using our Order Tracking page or through the carrier's website.

We accept refunds only for damaged items. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and picture proof is required for all damage claims. Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
