Step-by-Step Pickup Process
Place an Order
Go to peptidehackers.com and add the desired research products to your cart. Complete checkout like a normal order.
Select Local Pickup
During checkout, choose the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.
Pay for the Order
Complete payment using available payment methods. Orders must be paid before pickup is scheduled, unless you choose to pay cash at pickup.
Schedule an Appointment
After payment, you must schedule a pickup time. Pickup is strictly by appointment only.
Schedule PickupArrive On Time
Arrive at the scheduled appointment time and bring your order confirmation. If you cannot come personally, you may send an Uber Courier or other courier service to collect the package.

Arrival Instructions
When you arrive for your pickup appointment:
- Arrive at the scheduled time.
- Bring your order confirmation and order number.
- Have ID available if requested.
- Follow the pickup instructions provided in the appointment confirmation message.
- The exact pickup address will be provided after the appointment is confirmed.
Courier Pickup Instructions
If you are using Uber Courier or another courier service to pick up your order, you must provide the driver with:
- Order number
- Pickup name (your name on the order)
- Appointment time
Drivers must provide this information when arriving.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Pickup Window
Orders will only be held for a limited time. Schedule your pickup within the allowed timeframe after placing the order.
