Arrival instructions
When you arrive for your pickup appointment:
- Arrive at the scheduled time.
- Bring your order confirmation and order number.
- Have ID available if requested.
- Follow the pickup instructions provided in your appointment confirmation message.
- Detailed pickup instructions (suite access, parking) are provided once your appointment is confirmed.
Courier pickup instructions
If you are using Uber Courier or another courier service to collect your order, you must provide the driver with:
- Order number
- Pickup name (your name on the order)
- Appointment time
Drivers must provide this information when arriving.
